Description
Part 2 of 3, this episode goes through the "Strategic Partners" frame of the Orbital Assembly pitch deck for their third attempt to raise funds on NetCapital, with some surprising results.
DISCLAIMER:
This series is a critical commentary about an expired fundraising effort from "Orbital Assembly" on NetCapital - their third in two years.
THIS IS NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE.
The facts we present come mainly from their own pitch deck materials, as well as third-party websites, online biography pages, and SEC filings.
As always, with any financial or investment decision, do your own due diligence to come to your own conclusions.
UPDATE: We have now heard back from Ben Haldeman, CEO of LifeShip, one of the companies on this frame - they responded after the fact to inform us:
- They have a contract in place with FireFly (neither company responded before the release after contact in February).
- They have an SAA in place with NASA for their service. This is confirmed.
- They do not endorse OAC, but agreed to take artwork from OACs drawing contest winners to the Moon with their payload.
